Why I Changed My Job Profile?

Well, there is lot to say on the topic that why I’ve changes my job profile to SEO and how it happened. It’s more than a personal experience which I am sharing here with you. Last year I did join my current company named, ‘W3 Solution’ with the reference of my cousin Mangat Ram and I don’t want to forget to mention his name here. There was a time when I use to go after the BPO’s done job out there but barely stayed in any company. There were not many reasons for this but the main and the common reason I decide to decide to change my work profile to the current one was timing. As you already know that BPO’s are the place where they just don’t hire you for 8 to 9 hours instead they purchase your 24 hours. I mean your shift can be changed at any time and this create biological imbalance, not for all but certainly it was me who got affected with this.

Let me share a incident with you here, I was working with Dish TV in blended process where we were supposed to answer mails most of the time of the Dish’s existing customers and the prospects too but at some critical cases only, where consumer were bit confused or there problem still remain the same. This was my work profile but my problem was to get awake too early in the morning around 3:30am and then have to reach the bus stand around 4:50am.
 
For me it was must to awake at that time else it was a bit difficult task for me to get prepare at right time. And to prepare food for me my parents also were supposed to awake at that time, which means just because of me my parents had to awake and had to compromise with their sleep. Later on, again my timing was shifted and this time I was told come office at 11:pm, though the CAB facility was there, but still it was a concern for me, this might not be the problem for you guys, but truly believe me I was really getting exhausted of the timings.

That was the reason I barely stayed long with BPO companies. After that I faced a time when I had no job, even again I opted the BPO’s, but here my fortune stopped working for me and everywhere, wherever I gone for an interview, got selected but some other issues came into my way and that led me to mentally torturing , I mean a person is going for an interview giving his best and the best part is he getting selected everywhere and at the last time of hiring he come to know that just because so and so he was not selected. And that time I was badly require a job, but as I said luck wasn’t in my favor.

Now here question arises how I was selected here for the job of SEO. I concerned this situation with u cousin and then he told me to get prepare with some answer to the questions which was given to me by him, I read it deeply and indeed, went with him to the WS solution Pvt. and got selected, and this time there were problem as I faced earlier.


Now I am happily working here but now I’ve completed a stage form where I require coming out and opting for the further process which I am sooner or a bit later going to do. That was my story and here I have not shown my emotions which I don’t want, because here my objective is just to tell you, keep it up. Sooner or later you will get or you will see the way which surely will lead to the path of success.
